Online shopping is expected to reach record highs this holiday season due to an increased demand caused by the COVID-19 global pandemic. As a result, shipping carriers are anticipating increased package volumes that may lead to carrier shipping delays. These potential delays can result in customers receiving their packages later than expected.

While we cannot control any possible delays from the shipping carriers, we will continue to do everything possible from our end to help ensure that orders are processed quickly in our warehouse so we can provide customers with the best possible shopping experience. Unfortunately, at this time, our carriers cannot guarantee that they will complete delivery prior to 12/25/2020.

Shipping recommendations apply to shipments within the Contiguous 48 United States only and are meant to be a shipping carrier best practice guideline and are not guaranteed to arrive prior to 12/25/2020. Shipments to P.O. Boxes, Rural Routes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, and all other international locations take additional transit time. 2-Day and Overnight Rush Services are shipped and delivered on Standard Business days (M-F, excluding Holidays). Saturday Delivery is unavailable for Rush Services. Rush Services may take longer than the indicated service chosen due to carrier delays. Orders are subject to credit approval and any delay in this process can result in a delay of shipment and therefore may not guarantee arrival prior to 12/25/2020. Steelers Pro Shop is not responsible for any delay due to weather or other services disruptions and delivery is the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier.
