General Questions

Do you accept international credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. International exchange rates may apply. We also accept PayPal.
Do you accept Personal Checks, Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders?
We do not accept personal checks, cashier’s checks or money orders.
Do you charge sales tax on any items?
Sales tax is charged on items that are taxable in the State of Pennsylvania at the Allegheny county tax rate of 7%. Taxes apply only to orders that are shipping within the state of Pennsylvania.
Do you offer Steelers gift certificates and/or gift cards?
Yes, we sell gift cards in $25 and $50 increments and they can be redeemed at the Steelers Pro Shop Online as well any Steelers merchandise location: Grove City Premium Outlets, Heinz Field, South Hills Village Mall, and Tanger Outlets.
Do you accept back orders?
No, we do not take back orders. We make every effort to ensure our stock is complete and everything is available for order. Our online store is updated daily with inventory including both new styles and sizes. If you do not see your item or size available, then we do not currently have this item in stock.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order please call us at 1-800-832-6883 (412-741-5734 if outside US) as soon as possible to see if we can cancel the order before the order is processed. If we are unable to process a cancellation, you can process a return for the order after you have received the shipment.
How can I view the status of my order?
Please login to the “My account” section of the Steelers Pro Shop site and you will see the status of your order.
Do you have a catalog?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a catalog. All available items for sale can be found online at https://shop.steelers.com
Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
We are unable to match or change prices on prior purchases.
What are your shipping and return policies?

The Steelers offer two ways to get assistance for all of your eCommerce support needs:

We do not offer live chat support at this time.
How can I write a review on a product?
You can write your review by clicking the “Be the first to review” link showing on each item page or by clicking on the reviews with number of reviews next to link.
How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
If you no longer wish to receive emails from the Pittsburgh Steelers you can unsubscribe at any time by following the opt out instructions at the bottom of any Pittsburgh Steelers marketing email you received.
How do I use my Gift Card/Coupon Code/Merchandise Credit Code?
During checkout, please enter your promotional code or gift card # in the boxes specified and click the “apply” button.
I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on Steelers.com is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site?
Yes! The Steelers understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of security measures to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.
Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?
Promotional offers are typically communicated via email to registered users. If you are not registered for our emails and would like to receive promotional offers, please enter your email address in the footer below. If you are a registered user, please visit the preferences page and update your email preferences to ensure you are getting the notified about the events and information you desire.
How do I know it is safe to shop with you?
The Steelers organization is committed to providing our fans with a safe and secure shopping experience. What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?
  • A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer´s hard drive. How do I update my account information?
Go to my account of the customer support page. Sign in to your account and update your information.
Are there any benefits to having an account with you?
With a shop.steelers.com account you get access to the following information:
  • Order History
  • Order Status
  • Wishlists
  • Account Information
  • Ability to save shipping addresses
  • Ability to save payment information

Steelers Store Credit Questions

How can I obtain the balance of my store credit?
You can call the phone number on the back of your gift card or visit a Steelers Sideline Store location and ask an employee to check your balance.
How do I use store credit?
You can use your store credit either on the Steelers Pro Shop Online or at the Steelers Official Sideline Stores physical locations.
I lost my store credit code, how do I get it?
Physical gift card are tender just like cash and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost.
