The Steelers Pro Shop World Headquarters may at any time offer promotional items and percentage discounts. All visitors to the Steelers Pro Shop are subject to promotional limitations. Prices are as marked.

Free FedEx 2-Business Day Shipping on all orders of $125 or more valid for orders placed and shipping to contiguous U.S. addresses, with a Steelers Pro Shop purchase of $125 or more at shop.steelers.com through 12/19/2018 at 12:00PM ET. Offer not valid on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S Territories, Canada or International orders. This offer is good for U.S. FedEx 2-Business Day Shipping pending credit approval and authorization. Must have met $125 Steelers Pro Shop merchandise threshold and be shipping to contiguous U.S address to receive offer. Customer must select FedEx 2-Business Day shipping in cart to receive discount. Offer not valid on previously purchased merchandise, vendor direct items, custom items, game used, or team issued items. Other handling charges may apply. Offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.

FedEx shipping deadlines apply to shipments within the Contiguous 48 United States only and are not guaranteed to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, and all other international locations. Shipments to locations outside of the Contiguous U.S. are not guaranteed to arrive prior to 12/24/2018. 2-Day and Overnight Rush Services are shipped and delivered on Standard Business days (M-F excluding Holidays). Saturday Delivery is unavailable for Rush Service. Orders are subject to credit approval and any delay in this process can result in a delay of shipment and therefore may not guarantee arrival prior to 12/24/18. Steelers Pro Shop World Headquarters is not responsible for any delay due to weather or services disruptions of the carrier.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items up to 90 days from the purchase date for a merchandise refund. Items being returned must include a completed return form, and must be in original condition, including tags and labels. We do not accept returns or process refunds for the following items:

  • Customized items
  • Autographed items
  • Game used/worn items
  • Team issued items
  • Anything with a certificate of authenticity
  • Manufacture/vendor direct (or drop ship) items
  • Laundered clothing
  • Swimwear/undergarments

Once the returned merchandise is received at the warehouse, we will process a return to credit the original method of payment within 10 business days. Original shipping and/or handling charges are not included in the refunded price. Depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund has been processed.

  1. Complete the return form that was included with your shipment. If you do not have the return form, please download one here.
  2. If the item you are returning is a gift, follow the instructions on the Merchandise Return Form that was included in your package. If you do not have that form, please download one here. You have the option to credit the purchaser’s original method of payment, or have a merchandise credit issued to you for future purchases.
  3. Exchanges are available to be made at all physical Steelers Pro Shop World Headquarters locations except Heinz Field. We are unable to accept exchanges by mail. Please return your item(s) for a merchandise refund and place a new order to receive an alternate item. Please note that customized items, autographed items, game used/worn items, team issued items, memorabilia, manufacture direct items, laundered items, and swimwear/undergarments are final sale and not returnable. Contact us if there was an error with these types of items when they are received.
  4. Repack the merchandise in the original container if available.
  5. Take the removable order ID label from the packing slip and place in the appropriate box on the merchandise return form.
  6. Ship merchandise with the completed return form to:

  7. Please send the package via the carrier of your choice. Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We cannot be responsible for items we do not receive. All COD packages will be refused.
  8. You may also return an item you bought online to one of the physical Steelers Pro Shop World Headquarters Stores. The original invoice for the order must be present with the return or the return will be refused. All items must be in original condition. We are unable to process credits for online PayPal orders, but you may return the item in store for a store credit. Returns are not accepted at Heinz Field store locations.
  9. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges when returning merchandise that they have bought from the Steelers Pro Shop.
  10. If you received a damaged or incorrect product and would like a replacement, please contact Customer Service by phone at 1-800-832-6883 (412-741-5734 if outside US) or email at merchandise@steelers.com before returning your merchandise.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item has been received at our warehouse, it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your account once your refund has been processed depending on your financial institution.
  • Items returned that were purchased using a Gift Certificate or Gift Card will have the funds returned to you in the form of a Merchandise Credit.  The merchandise credit issued can then be used on future purchases with the Steelers Pro Shop Online.
  • If your tracking information for your return shows that it has been received at our warehouse and you have not seen a refund reflected on your account after the 10th business day, please contact Customer Service by phone at 1-800-832-6883 (412-741-5734 if outside US) or email us at merchandise@steelers.com.
  • Returns for refunds are also accepted at physical Steelers Pro Shop World Headquarters locations. Heinz Field store locations are currently unable to accept returns. A copy of the original invoice with the order number listed must be present or the return and refund will be refused. Items must be in original condition. We are unable to process credits for online PayPal orders, but you may return the item in store for a store credit. Exchanges can be made in store except for all Heinz Field locations.
